Symptoms
If you have a page that contains a Webitor AS-component sometimes its
content will be empty even if there should be content.
Cause
This problem arises only if you have a slow connection (modem, slow ADSL or
slow server) and you have set your web browser to cache pages always or
automatically. It is caused when the initializing procedure of the Webitor runs
before that the page recieved all of the Webitor's content.
Resolution
If you regulary
experience this problem you might solve the problem by temporarely disabling the
browse cache or better upgrade Content Studio to version 4.0 build
1010.
Status
This problem will
be fixed in Content Studio to version 4.0 build 1010.
